In 1976 I acquired my first camera at the same time that I met my wife Nancy. She was skilled in photography and served as my first teacher. She had a darkroom, high quality gear and a rich background in photography. I immediately became immersed in this new medium and my love and fascination with photography has stayed with me to this day.
